Can I transfer recordings from my rogers PVR to a USB, PC, or DVD recorder?

I have a rogers SA83000 Pvr and a liteon dd-a500gx digital recorder. Or my pc or usb, can I transfer?

Not digitally most likely. You will have to record the analog A/V outs playing.
