can i travel to france with my photo driving license?

Yes, you probably should because some places might ask you for identification, and driver's licenses are good. But you DO need a passport in order to get into France from another country.

Do you mean from the us? Because if that's the case, you'll most definitely need your own passport. However, if you're traveling to France from other European countries, you should probably check out the guest visas at local BCG's I believe. Just take a look at their websites.
Bonne Chance!

No, your photo driving license won't get you across the Atlantic. You'll need an airplane or a boat.
