I have L1 visa and it expires on 1-April-2011. Can I travel to US anytime before this expiration date? And apply for extension from US?
Or is there is any deadline before expiration date that is marked for my travel?
To put it clearly, What is the minimum duration between my travel date and expiration date of L1 visa?
I would like to travel to US in the second week of February and want to apply for Visa extension from US.
