Can I upgrade a 32-bit software to a 64-bit software?

I just purchased the Microsoft Office Suite and it came w/ a 32-bit and a 64-bit version installation. My computer is a 32-bit system but I plan on getting more RAM within the next few weeks, but I really need to use the Word program right away for school, so I cant exactly wait til I get the ram upgrade.

So I was wondering, if I install the 32-bit, after I get more ram is there a way to upgrade the software to the 64-bit?
 
not unless you remove it and reinstall. but might be actavation code. if it's good for two times. besides unless yer hardware will surport 64 bit is another story. most 32bit systems can only handle 3.5 gigs of ram
