Can I use my cb antenna on my truck and split it to run my scanner? I only

want one antenna on my truck.? I only want to have one antenna on my truck. Curious whether or not I can use a cb antenna for both or a scanner antenna for both. I have a ford superduty with the cb antenna mounted on the roof about 3-4' high.
