No you can't use it even though same network you have to unlock Blackberry Phone to use T-Mobile Sim card from Motorola Cliq.Otherwise it will not work ...You can get the Blackberry Unlocking service from Theunlockarena.com and unlock it then use with any GSM network sim card.
