the answer is yes: but, you wil be given a ticket, and you will have to prove (in court) this is a recalled vehicle, and that the repairs were NOT made....(this can be obtained from any local dealership)

Only works if you have smoked the brakes of the car. Are blond. And did not know you could shut of the key.
