Can iTunes trace a purchased app to an iTouch?

I purchased apps on iTunes using my mother's account. She is now doing an investigation, the credit card is under my name so I decided to purchase it. My question is will the investigation lead to my personal iTouch even after I deleted the apps purchased? If so, how do I prevent my mom from finding out that I purchased the apps?
