Can mac os x work on pc hardware with all met requiremnts to run on a mac

but on a pc? I want leopard to run on my pc that runs windows vista home premium and meets all the requirements that is needed to run it. But can you do it . As simple as deleting vista off and just putting the cd in the computer and it installs. I want loepard but without the expensive price of buying a macbook(not a big fan of the mac mini)
 
There is not way you can, legally, install Leopard on your PC, although you can install XP or Vista on your Mac.
 
No, Apple only allows OS X to be installed on 'Genuine' Mac hardware
