can men take GNC WOMEN'S HAIR,SKIN & NAILS FORMULA?

I am trying to get my hair to grow, i notice that its growing at a slow pace. I came across the men gnc hair formula and notice that these pills have the exact same thing in them as the womens formula but the only difference is the womens formula has more biotin in it. So my question is does anyone know if i can take the womens formula? By the why i am african american male if that helps.
 
First of all I would not recommend any of the products marked GNC. The store is now owned by the same American company that owns Holland & Barrett and their products are of very poor quality. (same goes for any product marked H&B)That's how they can afford to keep their prices down.(i.e. by selling rubbish)........
Of course you can take any 'woman' product,if it serves a purpose.Your body won't know what it says on the bottle!
You can buy reasonably -priced similar products on-line manufactured by more reputable and honest companies.
