Can my doctor discuss specific things with my mom even though I'm over 18?

Back in March when I visited the doctor, I signed a form saying my mom could have access to information in my file if necessary. Now (months later) she wants to call and specifically find out things I told my doctor during my visit. Can my doctor tell her what I said?
