Can my doctor scream at me in front of other people in the office about my condition?

A few weeks back my doctor started screaming at me in front of everyone who was in the front office, including other patients. She brought up the medications I was taking and what that medication was for. Can she do this? I would think it is against the HIPPA rules, but where does it say this at in the HIPPA rules ? Please help me, should I consult a attorney? I was so embarrassed and humiliated that day. I have told no one about my condition except my sister, now half the town knows!
