Can not access the Bittorrent website?

alright, my computer was acting slow so i rebooted it back to its default state. before i rebooted, i was able to use bittorrent and access their site, but now that i want to redownload it i cant. can some one explain to me what is going on? i have not added any new antivirus, so im going off the norton trial it came with, and the windows firewall is turned on i believe. help
