Can prophecy and free will coexist?

The reason we can see into the past is because it is set and cannot be changed.

The only way a prophet can see into the future is because it is set.

If the future is set, free will does not exist.

Judas was prophesied to betray Jesus. He had no free will to do this. Thus he cannot be held accountable for his actions!

If you are talking about prophesy in the Bible, it was conditional. That was the point of the book of Jonah - he prophesied the destruction of Nineveh, but the Ninevites repented and changed their future (much to Jonah's discontent).
