Can Puppy Linux run on a Nokia Phone?

I've seen old PC OS's such as Windows 95, 98, etc. runs in a Nokia phone using Dosbox for mobile. I think many of us heard of Puppy Linux that can revive old PC's with it's very minimal hardware requirements and at the same time having all up-to-date programs making it one of the more practical OS ever made. Also, you don't have any problems in Trojans and other viruses. Just made me curious......
