Can shocking my 110-240v samsung mobile charger break if I shock it with a

1200kv 618 type stun gun? I wanted to charge my phone with the stun gun so I shocked the charger while it was connected to my phone. It did'nt charge but my phone made a beeping sound. Now when I tried to charge my phone with the wall socket it did'nt work.
