When I saw OuranHSHclub, I roflmao-ed when saw that part... especially when Tamaki started brooding in the corner of the room (again). But what exactly did Haruhi mean by that?

Please and thank you... :P
 
She meant exactly what she said. Apparently Tamaki was growing mushrooms in her closet because he was depressed. Like he always does when he's depressed.
 
Mushrooms is expressed as a depression. Like being gloomy and such. Growing mushrooms in a corner makes it like he's depressed. Add cloud and a rain, you got yourself a depressed corner of rain and mushrooms.

I didn't quite get the joke myself, but I laughed at the image as well.
