A couple of friends and I want to go on a vacation next year by taking a cruise to Hawaii but one of them is an illegal immigrant. Can they still go? What type of documents do they need to have? It's still part of the U.S. so i don't see why it would be a problem.

As long as you have a valid ID there should be no problem. That's all they check.

It's a problem because they should not be here at all. If they want to pay for a cruise why don't they pay for it with the money they make in their home country? Except their home country is a crap hole and they have come here to steal from us.

At a minimum you will need positive I.D. to board a cruise ship and not just a fake, it will be scanned and checked for validity. A drivers license or birth certificate and picture id is needed. If the ship will call on foreign ports you might even need a Passport. No illegal can fly, take a bus or Am track in the U.S.
