I know there are a billion and one of this question being asked, but I think I'm looking for a more detailed answer.
I recently started to eat better and ride my bike. lost 25lbs so far still have 35 to go. I also want to put on some muscle.
I am looking to work out 5 times a week. I have dumbbell(20lbs) and a bench that inclines(currently 100lbs).
I'm not looking for answers like: on Monday do chest. because that would just give me more questions. Which exercises are good? how many different exercises should i do? I am willing to spend an hour working out on top of the cardio that I'm doing. If its a different muscle group every day it seems that some muscles are getting more of a rest then they need. and I don't want to do that.
