doesnt count as cheating)? The dish needs to be rich in protein from an animal source, support the "5 a day" challenge, include a flavored sauce, have sensory appeal and be able to cook in 1 hour and 15 mins. I know it's a challenge but please try as I am desperate to find a dish. THANKS TO ALL

em try steak with mashed potatoes ,and lots of roasted or stirfried veg with a pepper or a sweet chilli sauce with the stirfried veg

Sloppy Joes! If you make it from scratch, you've got a serving of veggies along with a serving of meat. Use buffalo instead of beef - it's got more nutrients and less fat. AND it cooks up really fast. If you include prep time (cutting up tomatoes, peppers, onions, opening can of tomato sauce), it shouldn't take even an hour. Serve it on whole grain buns to give it even more nutritional impact. Add a salad on the side and you've got TWO servings of veggies!
