I have has Hidradenitis since 1995. I have learned over the years to deal with it and mine is not so bad as some cases I have seen on the net. It is stilla damn pain in the armpit, literally. I have seen dermatologists about it at least three times. No one has offered a real lasting cure. But then! tonight I decided I'll do whatever I have to do to get rid of it or send it into long remission. That's when I found articles about going Glutten free and about how the % of people who have HS and are smokers or have been smokers is surprisingly huge. Anyone who has gotten themselves cured by quiting both or either fo these poisons?
