Can the Amod ABG108 Bluetooth GPS Receiver work with the BT Stack app on cydia?

I want to get gps on my wifi only iPad. I heard that if you buy the BT Stack app on cydia and have a blutooth gps device you can get gps on your iPad. Will the Amod ABG108 Bluetooth GPS Receiver work. I found it on this website: http://www.bedoxinc.com/amabg108blgp.html.
Also will the bt stack app also work to get gps on your iPod touch
