Can the DLO iPhone case work for the iPod Touch?

It's the one with the headset management stuff on the back. It looks like this:

I mean besides the slits on the front top and a few more different holes, what does it matter? Can I use it for the Touch?
I'm soon to get a 2nd gen. one.
 
Yes, depending on the generation of your iPod Touch. The newer ones are thinner, but otherwise the differences are what you said, the slits and the holes.
