will pop up? since i agreed to testify for the police it seems as though cops will get behind me, run my plates and then zoom past me. I even got pulled over once and he got a call on his radio while talking to me and then looked at me and said he had other things to do and left. no questions asked. i feel like my plates are tagged by the PD i am testifying for and when my plates are ran it says "DO NOT TOUCH"! is this possible???
