can the rumor touch from virgin mobile recieve ringtones from myxer.com? 10 points?

well i wanna get it for virgin mobile, but right now i have a phone(not virgin mobile) and i just get a bunch of free ringtones from myxer.com
so if i switch to virgin mobile will i still be able to?
