Can they hook upo your car for repo if your in the car?

I was sitting in the damn car and he backed up and lifted the tire...I thought they where not allowed to touch it if you where in it?
We where not hiding the car...we where making a payment in like an hour and the company said it was fine and then they still hooked up the car...sorry for the ppl that think other ppl r crooks...we just are having hard times like everyone else...
 
trying to make a case for suing someone based off your irresponsibility with money? lmao
 
Why would you fight that? Those Repo guys are a lot smarter than we give them credit for. They'll find a way to get that car. The sooner you let them take it, or pay for it, the sooner you'll get it back/get it all taken away from you. Don't hide your car either. If they find out it's being hid, the chances of you getting it back, are very slim.

But in answer to your question, they probably shouldn't do that, but I'm sure they can. It's just a battle you'll lose. The police & everyone else are always on their sides. Sorry.
