Can tretinoin be applied with bedroom light on or cellphone light emmitted at night?

I know i cant go under the sun or tan with tretinoin but can my bedroom light be on or the use of my cellphone at night (cuz the light emmitted from the cellphone) is that kind of light ok or is it best to have no light of any sort on when it is applied?
