ive been off work for several mths now due to a bad back, suspected slipped disk im awaiting a hospital appointment to see a specialist, i had a work meeting a few mths ago to see if they could do any thing to support me back in to work and i agreed to go back on a phased return but it was to soon and my back couldnt cope with it and the doctor signed me off again, i was asked to have another meeting next week and in the letter it says that if i would prefer a diffrent location i can have one, so because i have to get in to town up 3 flights of stairs and sit in a very uncomfortable chair for the meeting a called and asked if they could come to my home which at the time i was told was fine, now i have recived a text sayinig they want it either at 'neutral' location or at the works office, even neutral location would mean me having to get in to town, can they make me go in to work for this meeting?
