Can you answer a few questions about the Samsung Behold?

I'm getting a Rose Samsung Behold. I have always disliked Samsungs because I've had numerous problems with them. One of them is low signal in the area I live, I live in a bottom floor apartment. So, how good is the signal? Is the ringtones for each person easy to personalize? Can I use my own ringtones for texting? ( All of the Samsung's I have owned haven't had this option.) Also,tell me what you like and dislike about the phone!!
