Can you buy a multi-region dvd player or region 2 or 4 and use it in America?...

...If so, where?& BQ .? Also, where can you find Region 2 (Europe), in PAL format dvds & Region 4 (Australia and New Zealand), in PAL format dvds with the player or players? Is there a special store in the United States besides the internet to buy them and would they work on an Region 1 (Canada and United States) outlets?
