Can you download bluetooth onto a Laptop if it didnt already have it?

You need to buy a USB or card type blue tooth adapter and install the software that comes with it and then you will have blue tooth on the lap top. It takes both hardware (adapter) and software with driver to run the blue tooth.

No. Bluetooth is a type of wireless...you need to have the hardware in order to use it.

It's not something you download. It's hardware. If your laptop doesn't have a bluetooth adapter built in then you need to buy a bluetooth usb device that plugs into the laptop.
