I take a lot of videos and pictures on my phone that I would like to be able to bluetooth to my laptop, but if it doesn't have bluetooth can i install it somehow? If I can, is it easy to do and will it cost me money?
No, you cannot download it. A bluetooth transceiver is a physical piece of hardware in the laptop. Just buy a dongle like the one in my sources, plug it in, and you're good to go!
