These 5 fallen Kings were:

3. Ronald Reagan
4. George H. W. Bush
5. Bill Clinton
In 2004 when Pres. George W. Bush was Pres.#6 These 5 x Pres. were all still alive at that point in time! Then came Barack Obama Pres. or King #7 Who the Bible says in Daniel 11:20 will die while still in Office, Neither in anger nor in battle only a few days after raising taxes!
Daniel 11:20 Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes [in] the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.
You need to understand that when George W. Bush was Pres. in 2004 all 7 of these 7 people were alive at that point in time and these 5x pres. were all still living and George W. was king #6!
