i have had an env touch for about two months now, & it is giving me a bunch of little problems. is is possible to change my phone to an alias two while i am still tied to my contract ?
I currently have the env touch too. Sorry to hear your having issues. I have been too lately. Verizon had a private sale (sorry but it ended on the 30th of june.) But i ordered a droid incredible (haven't gotten it yet but thats a different story.) I had previously called the warranty center about my env touch acting up and they said i could upgrade but i would have to pay a little more for the phone that i chose and it had to be a higher up phone (example- blackberry etc.) So call and see what they tell u, sometimes different people give you different answers. You sure can. The only difference is money... You'll pay full price for a new phone if you switch before your contract is up....as opposed to a free or discounted new phone after your contract has expired.
