can you get an unauthorized app onto my ipod touch without internet access?

i try and try and (i know it sounds like a novel) and try and try.... anyway i cant get the app onto my ipod touch is there any way how!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh by the way if it helps the app is trace.
p.s. if i by it from itunes on my ipod, wen i sync it again, it tries 2 contact itunes 2 authorize the app but it cant plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
