Can you get banned from xbox live for this?

I think it's no but I'm not sure. I was in a call of duty 4 private match with my friends and my friends were going out of the map and climbing high in the air. I was watching them do it in the private match. I dont mod or have a modded xbox 360. My friends dont mod or hack. It's a glitch in the game.


So, Can I be banned for being in the private match?
Can my friends be banned?
