Can you get deleted items back on oblivion (xbox 360)?

I put all my good one of a kind items like my areana raiment and mages staff and staff of sheogorath in the cupboards in the cloud ruler temple and i went back to drop stuff off and i looked at nothing but some grapes and some other useless stuff was in there... can i get my stuff back anyway but reloading like 10 hours of gameplay?
 
you can try reloading a previous game but the odds are bad. Sadly the game will repopulate cupboards and containers to make the game seem more realistic. the only way around it is to store your items in a house you can buy. sorry.
