I ilecfl New member Apr 21, 2010 #2 if your phone has WIFI then yeah you don't have to pay for it you just need a wireless internet router that you know the password for most likely your own but it has to be in range

R robbin New member Apr 21, 2010 #3 yea. but you need wifi to connect. you can do that by going on settings then wireless controls
