Can you get Victini in Pokemon white with a DS lite?

There is the legendary Victini pokemon that you can get if you get Liberty Pass but you need wifi. I have a DS lite and my computer has wireless internet. Can I get it with that? How do I do it?
 
yes you can. at the main screen where u woud click on your game/ new game, there is a button for WFC settings. click that and set up your wireless connection. next click the mystery gift button from the main screen and follow instructions to get liberty pass. In the game, after the 2nd gym you reach Castelia City. Go to the last pier there and board the ship. Fight the Team Plasma grunts and ull find Victini in the basement.
