I am going to zizzi's for lunch and am looking for a low calorie option. I am thinking about either going for the rigatoni con pollo e funghi (which the internet says is around 485kcals) or the Spaghetti pomodoro, which looks quite light. I have had a look at their salads and they look heavy, with oils, nuts, avacado ect.
