Can you lose cycling fitness after 3 weeks?

Been training for a 160km ride thats in just over 30 days. However the past 3 weeks I've really only done ride a week. Before that I was cycling up to 4 days a week and my longest cycle during each of those was 3 hours. Been training since the start of the year too.

Would have I lost much fitness?

***Starting my normal 4 rides again this week till my big ride.
