can you seed torrents using a LAN drive with bittorrent server?

i have a LAN drive with the following pre installed:
SMB server
FTP server
bittorrent server
media sharing server
i regularly download using torrents i was wondering if seeding is possible using the lan drive?
btw im not torrent literate
thank you now i have a clearer idea of how p2p operates, buy wouldnt my ISP firewall stop the upload from the lan drive?
