I just got a new phone and i need to transfer stuff from my old phone to my new one but the old one is out of minutes so I was wondering if youu can still Bluetooth the information in that circumstance?

Yes, you can still use the bluetooth functions on your phone. Just make sure you dint make any calls. As long as you dont do that you should be fine.

No it doesnt matter, you CAN still use bluetooth. Minutes is the time you have phoning people and texting, whereas Bluetooth uses microwaves to transmit data between handsets directly (without needing a network provider), therefore making it free regardless of running out of minutes etc.

The only thing that will stop it working is a dead battery and/or no SIM

Yeah, at least to me and my friends. Bluetooth for sending files and stuff is not relevance to "out of minutes" thing.
