Can you upload a blu ray dvd and put it onto your ipod?

I got a new dvd movie, and its blu ray! I was just wondering if it could work on my ipod touch 3rd gen 64 gig. Or if it will even upload to iTunes
 
This is possible, but only if you are using iTunes version 8.2 or later. If you have this so far you're good to go, but now you must be sure that your device supports blu ray content. Being the 3rd Gen iPod touch, which along with the iPad supports HD video, i would hope that this works. Good luck!
