Yes it'll work if your iPad is jail broken, because without jailbreaking you can't access the files and torrents is used to download files. If your ipad is jail broken then search for a app in appstore named uTorrent. Install that app and download your dreams

Yes on a jailbroken one, but there isn't really a point. The process is relatively convoluted. Instead just torrent to your computer and add the files to your iPad to watch later.
