Not until recently I noticed that my keyboard was not getting power until I got past the BIOS screen. And I didn't think it was that big of a deal until now because I need to access the BIOS in order to modify something. Is there another way I can reboot and have automatically enter the bios, say, through command prompt? Or am I stuck? I've tried different USB ports. And I know for a fact that I used to be able to enter the BIOS with the same keyboard/motherboard combination.
