Can't access the Internet in the House that Im Renting anymore.?

My problem is this. I came back to the house where Im renting right now and for some reason I can't use it anymore because I need the passwords. But before I left the house I never needed to use it. Now the real big problem is that I asked my Landlord and he too doesn't know what the problem is so I asked my roommates and they said that they didn't need to use a password for using the Internet. Any idea?
Well Jason B It is from Mountain Cablevision and the Landlord pays for it but he and the other Roommates don't know what the problem is for me.
 
Something changed. Who is the owner of the internet service? Who is paying for it? See what they did.
