Cant Connect My Bluetooth Phone to My Laptop?

Hi, I'm trying to connect my s3 to my Acer Laptop to transfer files and pictures so i dont need to connedt via USB all the time. When i turn on bluetooth on my Pc and my s3, and try to Pair the s3 with my Pc this message comes up on my s3 "Unable to communicate with *****-PC. Bluetooth on my phone is visible and bluetooth on Pc is on i dunno ?
I've checked the visability on both devices and nothing at all comes up on my Pc, it just takes a couple of seconds on my phone and says Unable to communicate with

Updated Bluetooth driver and fixed it
 
Did it ask you to enter a code? Enter the code that the computer suggests for you to input to the device, and then add. You could also make visibility to the computer to be turned on and try to connect to the computer from the S3 itself.
