Can't decide which car for a project, any help? (preferably from people

who had experience with these cars)? 240sx (second last gen, the one with pop up lights)

corolla ae86

supra mk3


i don't care about the engine because i'm going to be replacing it with something...non internal combustion related to propel the car :P.

anyways, i'm stuck between the 3 cars:

i like the ae86 cause its light, and you can fix it up to make it look nice

i like the 240sx cause its not hard to find, and looks nice

i like the supra's looks best, bit more rare, but i found a lot of them for a reasonable price (around 3000-6000) on some classifieds site.


i'm torn between the three, which in your opinion is best? i'm not only talking about looks, i'm talking handling and reliability.

which do you think is the most aerodynamic?

what do you think?

lol yes i'm going electric, that's why i'm looking for something light and aerodynamic, i want it to be fast, with good range as well
oh yea, how many seats are in the 240sx?

cause i know supra's are only 4 seaters, and that's the only thing i don't like about them

I just bought a nice one, coupe, for $1200, very clean. I like the access to the engine area and the simple design as well as the rear wheel drive. You said you were going to change the engine so I presume electric. If you get the manual transmission you should be able to adapt the motor easily and still have the 4 or 5 speed trans which will enable you to make freeway/highway speed.
