cant open MMS text on nokia lumia 800?

when i open the thread i have an option to 'get media content now' i can click on it 100 times but nothing happens. i know its a picture but i cant open it, what is wrong?

Yes I have the same issue. 'get media content now' but nothing happens. I know it is a photo sent from my friends iphone. Perhaps it is a compatibility thing???
Anyone know?

I have it working now. All I did was go to messaging settings and turn on Group text
